FANTAIL: Social Media Masterclasses

 WHAT WE DID

We provided complete tailor-made training on social media on the topics that they indicated to be important specific to their business challenges. We started at the basics of Instagram and Facebook and expanded to deeper insights on monthly results and necessary KPI’s.

Below are different topics we discussed during the masterclasses:

• Introduction to social media: The basics and optimizing your profiles

• Content planning and content blocks: content, style & competition

• Conversation & community management

• Advertising: account set-up, insights and budgeting

• Reporting: analyzing all results in order to keep optimizing

During and after the masterclasses, we always gave some assignments. This way, they not only immerged into the theory, but immediatly dove into practice.

After these various master classes, they had a completely new perspective on using social media. Now they can use their various channels themselves and know how to reach more people using both organic social media and paid advertising.
